1. Gofreight Australia is an information website only, we do not take any responsibility regarding any freight whether sent or picked up. Freight arrangements are exclusively to be organized between the carrier and the customer. Gofreight accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of any freight.

2. Gofreight Australia reserves the right to cancel any listing for whatever reason as deemed necessary.

3. Gofreight Australia is governed by the requirements of the Privacy Act, which protects the interest and rights of individual’s personal details. In gathering information we are in this way constricted and can only provide the information which is given freely by customers.

4. A fee of twelve dollars is to be paid prior to a listing being approved. Once the fee has been paid and confirmed, the listing will be in place for thirty calendar days. Once this time is over, the customer will be given the option to either terminate the listing or renew the listings thus paying a listing fee again.
